KANTAR

Kantar is our regional partner in Central America and the Caribbean, being officially authorized to run Kantar’s solutions, including TV Link® (quantitative pre-testing), MDF® (brand equity), CrossMedia® (communication campaign performance), BrandExpress® (brand monitoring), Matrix® (business opportunity detection); as well as qualitative solutions such as Pre-Link®.

Collaborations with Kantar include global, regional and local studies – some of which are run annually – with several methodologies such as shopper studies, segmentation workshops, brand equity, among others.

Mercaplan’s participation in our studies vary – from offering only the fieldwork phase, to a full service involvement – Needscope®.

Mercaplan has also worked with Kantar on multi-country studies to provide the latest with brands insights and data about Latin America.

Dexis is a professional services consulting firm focused on addressing global political, social, and economic challenges. Based in Washington, DC, with field projects and networks in Asia, Europe and Eurasia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Mercaplan and Dexis have collaborated in various social development projects

At Mercaplan, we have collaborated with Dexis in coordinating various social development projects. Together, they have worked together on providing project management and execution services at the local level, collecting both quantitative data and face-to-face surveys; as well as conducting qualitative studies, recruiting and moderating focus groups, and conducting interviews with key informants in Honduras (Central America). We have managed audiences of beneficiaries, local program coordinators, the general public, and key informants. Additionally, we have provided a range of comprehensive tasks in each project, from programming and processing to translations, transcriptions, and methodological reports.

Nielsen - Audience Is Everything™

RTI International is an independent non-profit research institute dedicated to improving human conditions. Based in North Carolina, it maintains offices on four continents in Asia, Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean that serve as operational centers for projects in these regions.

Mercaplan has collaborated on quantitative projects in Central America and the Caribbean, including Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Suriname, and Belize. We have executed a survey of 2,000 quantitative CATI (telephone surveys) in each country with the general population, overseeing coordination, operational logistics for platform and telephone software solutions, programming and data processing, information collection, quality control, and delivery of databases and methodological reports.

WJP

The WJP is an independent –  multidisciplinary organization working to promote the rule of law worldwide. Each edition of the WJP Rule of Law Index is based on over 110,000 household and expert surveys to measure perceptions and experiences of the rule of law from people in everyday situations.

Mercaplan and WJP have collaborated since 2016. Together, they have coordinated recollections of quantitative data through household surveys in Central America and the Caribbean.

The collaboration manages probabilistic sampling methodologies in households with a minimum of 500 surveys to up to 3,000 surveys, varying by country. We handle programming, information collection, quality control, and delivery of the database with methodological reports.

Dynata is a global data-collecting company with an extended expertise in B2B knowledge.

Dynata partners with market research firms, brands, media and advertising agencies, publishers, and consulting and investment firms worldwide across all industries to fulfill its purpose.

Mercaplan has collaborated with Dynata as the provider of online and in-person quantitative collected data, for mass consumption segments such as alcoholic beverages and the general public in Central America and the Caribbean.

Gallup is a global analytics and advisory firm that helps leaders and organizations solve their most pressing problems.

Gallup operates more than 20 regional city centers and collects data in over 160 countries across North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Mercaplan has collaborated with Gallup as a local partner, coordinating and executing quantitative projects in Central America and the Caribbean. These projects have included face-to-face household surveys and CATI (telephone) surveys with representative samples of the general public.

IQVIA

QVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technological solutions, and clinical research services for the life sciences industry. IQVIA operates in more than 100 countries across Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, the Middle East, and Africa.

With a focus on healthcare, Mercaplan has worked with IQVIA to coordinate and recruit in-depth interviews with patients suffering from various ailments and medical specialists for Central America and the Caribbean. In addition, we offer logistical services for qualitative group discussions conducted in-person at our offices in Central America and the Caribbean.
